Maris ADU

The Maris ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is perfect for those homebuyers who may have multiple generations living in one house but want to allow for some independence or privacy between generations and those homebuyers who want to generate extra income by having a rental or Airbnb space.

Carefully sited relative to the main house, the two buildings can define and partially enclose a private yard in an otherwise open site.
