We work with you throughout the full design process, selecting local trades and bidding out for competitive pricing; we offer comprehensive Project Management with absolute transparency.  We supply your Lindal materials package, and then oversee and manage the construction, from excavation to move in ready.  

You have many options out there, we believe choosing us – Lindal – bidding to local trades through us (no markup, fully transparent) – Lifetime Structural Warranties – triple grade kiln dried materials – a variety of budget saving options – Designing Team – LEED Energy professional Team – 77 years of Lindal expertise, and 23 years of our experience – is the first of many great decisions you will make on the journey to building your forever home.

Note that all our architectural designers create your Custom Lindal Home, and all fees are a deposit only, and fully credited towards your Lindal Custom Home. No other architect will refund their invoice! However, if you have previously designed architectural plans, we can work with your preferred architect if already developed elsewhere.

We work differently than your average home builder, in that we custom design for you to compliment your site and the style of home you want! We have 3 Design Program Options:

1. Basic Design - Personalize an Existing Lindal floor plan - Many homeowners use their favorite Lindal plan from one of our house plan books as the point of departure for creating their original home. A few simple modifications can have a great impact on the style of your Lindal home. 

 2. Enhanced Design - Lindal's Sketch Services - Start with one of Lindal’s plans or join the growing number of homeowners who design their own Lindal original from the ground up. After your ideas and budget are outlined, your dealer reviews your plans with Lindal’s Design Team, who will provide you with a quick design draft to show you what your home will look like and a simple 3D model.

3. Custom and Architectural Design Services - Lindal designers have had decades of experience creating award-winning unique home plans that begin from a sketch on a napkin, a conversation with your dealer or an architect’s rendering. For those wanting an architect’s touch without the price tag, consider a home plan from the Lindal Architects Collaborative or the OM Studio Design series
